TULIP PROGRAM

The Tenant Users Liability Insurance Policy (TULIP) Program provides low cost General Liability insurance to tenant users of KCAMP member venues and facilities. It protects both the facility user and the KCAMP member against claims by "third parties" who may be injured as a result of attending the event.
Events may range from very low risk activities, such as a seminars, receptions or weddings, to higher risk events including camps, sports events and concerts. The premium is based upon the risk associated with the event or activity, the length of the event, the number of attendees and if there are any special requirements, including liquor liability and food service. Once purchased, the tenant user is issued a policy which names the KCAMP member, and its officers and employees, as additional insureds. The KCAMP member will automatically receive a certificate of insurance evidencing the coverage is in place.
