Property and Equipment Breakdown

The property program provides all risks, replacement cost coverage with limits up to $1 billion per occurrence.  Coverage for loss arising from catastrophic events such as earthquake, flood and terrorism is included.  KCAMP provides comprehensive and collision coverage for member-owned vehicles.

Equipment Breakdown coverage is included with limits up to $50 million per occurrence. 

Crime

The crime program includes coverage for losses, such as theft, burglary, and employee dishonesty.  

Surety Bond

Surety Bonds are provided for public officials and in amounts required by Kansas statute.

Liability

The liability program includes coverage for:
  • General Liability
  • Automobile Liability
  • Public Officials Liability
  • Employment Practices Liability
  • Professional Liability (for nurses, EMTs and paramedics employed by members)
  • Law Enforcement Liability
  • Cyber Liability

Limits are $500,000 per occurrence for claims governed by the Kansas Tort Claims Act (KTCA).  Higher limits for claims not governed by the KTCA are available.
