KCAMP city and county members may obtain a credit on their annual member contribution for implementing important risk management practices. There are two award levels available. Risk Management Achievement Award recipients receive a 1-3% credit. Risk Management Excellence Award recipients receive a 4-6% credit. The criteria for each award level is outlined below and in the attached list of Objectives, Resources, and Documentation. Criteria must be completed within the calendar year.
To be considered for an award, please submit evidence of compliance with the criteria to KCAMP's risk manager, Yana Ross.
Submissions should be received within one month of the end of the calendar year - by January 31. Each submission will be reviewed and award winners notified in March. Award recipients must be current members of KCAMP, and each member is eligible for only one award each year. Credits are based on contribution paid in the year activities were completed.
For questions regarding the program, please contact Yana Ross by telephone at 785-215-8523, or by email at yross@kcamp.org.
